How Pet Pain Management Works
Laser therapy uses concentrated light energy to stimulate cell production and thereby reduce inflammation and pain in the targeted area. A laser therapy session can last from about 5 minutes for post-surgical recovery or minor wound healing to about 30 minutes for chronic conditions such as arthritis. The frequency of sessions also varies from about one or two sessions to multiple sessions per week for an extended period of time. Your veterinarians will discuss your pet’s options with you and set up a schedule that suit their needs. Contact us today at (404) 924-8670 for more information and to set up an appointment!
